Camila Mendes is a vision in black at the 6th Annual InStyle Awards in Los Angeles

Camila Mendes took a break from filming her hit CW series Riverdale in Vancouver to attend the 6th Annual InStyle Awards in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old actress was a vision in a stylish black ensemble while hitting the red carpet at the Getty Center on Monday evening.

The actress was all smiles while hitting the red carpet before taking in the festivities, where the likes of Melissa McCarthy and Simone Biles were honored.

Mendes stepped out in a glittery and slightly sheer black halter top that fell just above her midriff.

She had her black hair pulled straight back with triangular diamond earrings from Prada.

The actress completed her look with wide-legged black pants and diamond-encrusted bracelets.

Mendes was not seen with her boyfriend, fellow Riverdale co-star Charles Melton, who she resurrected her relationship with in June.

The couple had started dating back in October 2018, though they had reportedly split by December 2019.  

Melton plays Reggie Mantle on the hit CW series, with Mendes playing Veronica Lodge.

Riverdale just wrapped its fifth season in early October, with the sixth season premiering Tuesday with the first episode of a five-episode ‘event’ block.

After the five-episode block ends in mid-December, the show will return with a new night and a new time in March.

The CW revealed earlier this month that Riverdale will return Sunday, March 6 at 8 PM ET.

Aside from her work on Riverdale, Mendes voices Melody on the new Amazon animated series Fairfax, which debuted in late October. 

She also has two new movies, Strangers, which is in post-production, and American Sole, in pre-production.

Strangers follows Drea (Mendes) and Eleanor (Maya Hawke) as they try to take down each other’s bullies, while American Sole follows friends trying to make it in the sneaker re-selling game, starring Pete Davidson, Offset, Bad Bunny and O’shea Jackson Jr.
