Cable car horror crash: At least one dead after skiing emergency – evacuations underway

The Czech cable car cabin became detached from its cable before falling, local media report. 

Meanwhile, others were rescued from another cabin. 

Czech Television meanwhile said the cable car was scheduled to close on Monday, November 1 for scheduled maintenance.
