    And on Wednesday evening, Bonnie Langford, 56, dazzled in a red sequin jumpsuit as she posed on the purple carpet at the press night for The Show Must Go On!

    The star looked sensational in form-fitting one-piece as she attended a photocall ahead of in London her performance at Palace Theatre in London.

    Bonnie’s sequin jumpsuit, which clung to her slim frame, boasted three-quarter length sleeves and a slight flare at its hem. 

    A nude underlayer protected her modesty and she boosted her height with a pair of shimmering gold pointed stilettos. 

    Bonnie’s signature red tresses were styled into a voluminous ‘do and she accessorised with delicate red earrings and a coordinating manicure.  

    Her natural beauty was enhanced with heavy stage make-up and Bonnie’s head mic was already attached to her face, ready for her to perform.

    The Show Must Go On Live! has been put together by all the major West End musical shows and will run until Sunday June 6.

    The special concert will raise money for the Theatre Support Fund and also aid those in the industry whose livelihoods were affected by Covid-19.   

    There are a whopping 16 incredibly popular West End musicals which appear in the concert, including: Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, Dear Evan Hansen, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, SIX, Hamilton, The Book of Mormon and Wicked. 

    The Royal Shakespeare Company’s Matilda The Musical is also taking part as well as Les Misérables, & Juliet, Disney’s The Lion King, The Prince of Egypt, Come From Away, The Phantom Of The Opera, Mary Poppins and Mamma Mia!

    Bonnie won Opportunity Knocks aged six, starred in the stage musical of Gone With The Wind at seven, was Violet Elizabeth Bott in TV’s Just William at 12, and had a role in the inaugural production of Cats at 16.

    In 2006 the West End star came third in the first ever series of the BBC’s Dancing On Ice, after partnering with pro skater Matt Evers. 

    She is now best known for her critically acclaimed role of Carmel Kazemi in EastEnders, for which she won a 2016 British Soap Award.

    Speaking at the time of her casting, Bonnie enthused: ‘I’m so thrilled and delighted to be part of.

    ‘I’m a great fan of the show and think the recent 30th Anniversary was sensational and shows just how good British television can be. To be part of this family is an absolute privilege.

    Bonnie’s 20-year marriage to Midsomer Murders and Goodnight Sweetheart actor Paul Grunert, 64, ended in 2015. 

    Their daughter, Biana, now 20, is determined to follow in mother’s performing footsteps.

    Bonnie told MailOnline in 2018: ‘I know how tough it can be, but it can be fabulous. If it feels like you can’t breathe without at least trying, then it’s not fair to try and stop your child.’

    But the West End star insisted: ‘It is drilled into her always that this is a job, it’s about the craft and you have to deal with what is thrown at you and take it all on the chin.’
