Ashley Graham loves having so many new ‘mommy friends’.

The 33-year-old model welcomed her son Isaac into the world in January 2020, and since then several of her supermodel friends – including Iskra Lawrence, Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, and Karlie Kloss – have also welcomed children.

Speaking about her pals-turned-moms, Ashley said: ‘It’s amazing how many mommy friends I have now. They just appeared.

‘[It’s nice to] have friends around that you know you can call on a whim, whenever you’ve got a question about baby world or pregnancy world.’

But the mother of one has insisted she always asks her friends first if they want advice, as she knows how irritating it can be to receive unsolicited parenting comments.

She added to E! News: ‘I always say, “Do you want the advice?” before.

‘There’s just so much unsolicited advice that you get when you’re pregnant … You feel bombarded by it a bit, so I think the best thing to do when talking to anyone who’s pregnant or has just had a baby is, like, make sure they want the advice before you give it.

‘Emily actually said, “Yes, I want the advice, that’s why I’m talking to you.”‘

Meanwhile, Ashley recently said she’s had ‘a lot more calmness and peace’ in her life since becoming a mother.

She explained: ‘I’ve had a lot more calmness and peace in my life since he got here because it’s like, why sweat the small stuff?’

Ashley delivered Isaac at home and has raised him through the first year of his life during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both those experiences have reaffirmed her belief that she is a ‘fearless’ woman.

Ashley also shared recently: 'I’ve had a lot more calmness and peace in my life since he got here because it’s like, why sweat the small stuff?'

She shared: ‘I’ve always kind of lived bravely and fearlessly, but through my homebirth and raising him in this pandemic, it’s like, oh yeah, I guess I am pretty fearless. It just feels good.’

Her thoughts come as the beauty was spotted out for the first time after candidly revealing she lost her whole hairline following the birth of her son.

True to form, the model had a huge smile on her face as she departed CBS Studios in New York City on Monday after guest hosting CBS This Morning.

Graham looked every inch the trendsetter as she stepped out wearing a hip pair of black biker shorts and a chic violet blouse.

Ashley exuded confidence as she stepped out with a bit of pep in her step, thanks in part to the ultra stylish black mesh heels she wore.

The catwalk queen rocked a head full of glossy loose waves which billowed with the breeze.

Injecting even more glam to the look, she wore a trendy pair of shades and a gold chain necklace for a touch of dazzle.

With mask restrictions loosening, she carried her face covering in her hand.

The outing comes just days after Ashley revealed the ‘trauma’ she experienced losing her hair after giving birth to son Isaac Menelik Giovanni last year.

The supermodel gave a interview to Parents, in which she revealed her ‘entire hairline fell out’ after giving birth in January 2020.

She recalled: ‘That was more traumatic than even birth because I was like, “My hair’s falling out in clumps — what am I doing?” and then I realized it’s actually a thing’.

Along with the ‘traumatic’ hair loss, Ashley added her ‘skin got a bit irritated as well, and I had a little bit of rosacea that I had to combat’ after welcoming Isaac.

Ashley previously referenced her struggle with hair loss when she shared a picture of her postpartum hair regrowth in an Instagram post.

Back in March, the runway maven uploaded a selfie to Instagram showcasing the ‘postpartum baby hairs’ that sprouted along her once barren hairline.

Wearing her hair in a bun to show off the regrowth along the hairline, Ashley poked fun of her look, as she quipped: ‘i may not be a bond girl but i can be a bond villain (postpartum baby hairs come through!!!) [sic]’

Ashley is not alone in her experience, as many women experience some hair loss after giving birth, though it is usually temporary.

The Revlon spokesmodel shares her firstborn with husband of nearly 11-years, director Justin Ervin, 32. The pair tied the knot in 2010 after meeting at their mutual church.
