All Creatures Great and Small is back for one last episode of the season and Britain is standing on the brink of war. James Herriot (played by Nicholas Ralph) has problems of his own to worry about regarding TB testing. Express.co.uk has all you need to know about the guest stars of episode six.

Who is in All Creatures Great and Small season 3 episode 6?

    George Pandhi – Kriss Dosanjh

George is the father of Tristan’s (Callum Woodhouse) new girlfriend, Florence Pandhi (Sophie Khan Levy), and he has a turbulent history with Skeldale House.

While George is prepared to give Tristan a chance with his daughter, Siegfried (Samuel West) is a little more concerned.

George is played by Kriss Dosanjh, who fans may recognise as the Brigadier from the ITV series, The Larkins.

He has also appeared in Casualty, Coronation Street and Emmerdale in its early days.

    Joyce Pandhi – Helen Sheals

Joyce is George’s wife and Florence’s mother in the series and she is known for being a bit of a joker.

She is played by Helen Sheals, who may be recognised for her role as Mrs Wigan in Downton Abbey.

The star has also had various roles in Coronation Street, Doctors and Casualty, as well as Holby City.

She appeared as Anita Russell in The Courtroom and Jan Murray in Brookside.

The actress and director is portraying Judy Garland in Judy and Liza, the bio-musical.

    Charles Harcourt – Adrian Rawlins

Charles is a fierce and feisty character who works for the Ministry of Agriculture and he is starting to lose patience with James.

He is played by Adrian Rawlins, who fans may recognise as James Potter from the Harry Potter films.

The 64-year-old actor has also appeared in Chernobyl and The Woman in Black.

Since 2014, he has volunteered at East Riding Theatre in East Riding of Yorkshire, so he knows the Dales very well.

As for what fans can expect from the final episode of the series, James is torn over his job and his loyalty to his wife Helen’s (Rachel Shenton) family.

Mrs Hall (Anna Madeley) is puzzled to discover a dog named Dash abandoned on the doorstep of Skeldale House and she is not sure what to do with him.

Meanwhile Tristan, who fears war may break out soon, tries to grab life with both hands after an inspiring visit to Mrs Pumphrey.

However, Florence helps him realise he has been going about it all the wrong way.

All Creatures Great and Small airs on Channel 5 on Thursdays at 9pm and is available to watch on My5.
