Former Big Brother star Krystal Hipwell hits back after being called 'too skinny'

Former Big Brother star Krystal Hipwell (née Forscutt) welcomed her third child, a boy named Huska, one year ago.

And while she has documented her post-baby fitness journey on social media, the model has revealed that not all fans have been so supportive of her impressive physique.

Posting to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, the 34-year-old hit back at trolls after they said she was ‘way too skinny now.’

‘Receiving a few of these messages lately. While I appreciate your concern, I can assure you that I’m fine guys, I’m a healthy weight and I eat A LOT of food!’ she began.

‘I do think some of you have just confused my appearance when I had bigger boobs to having more weight on but since my breast explant a month ago, I have actually put on over 4 kilos.’

Krystal also went on to explain that she’s reached a stage in her life whereby she is content with her body.

‘I physically feel like myself more than ever, just the way I was designed to be!’

Feeling good: Krystal also went on to explain that she’s reached a stage in her life whereby she is content with her body. ‘I physically feel like myself more than ever, just the way I was designed to be!’ she said

‘I’m sure most people have good intentions, but there really shouldn’t be such a big conversation surrounding other people’s weight or appearance.’ 

‘I personally know I would rather FEEL healthy, strong and nourished any day over looking “Skinny!”‘

Back in February, when Krystal was five-months post-birth, she updated fans with her fitness transformation.

In one photo, she was  still pregnant with baby Huska, meanwhile the second showed her in the same activewear after getting back in shape following the child’s arrival.

Krystal and her husband, property developer Neil Hipwell, live in Cronulla, Sydney, with their three children, Nakoda, two, Sunny, six, and baby Huska, one.

What a transformation! In February, Krystal revealed just how far she’d come in her post-baby training regimen. She shared two photos on Instagram: one taken when she was pregnant with Husky (left) and another after getting back in shape following the child’s birth (right)

Krystal rose to fame as a contestant on Big Brother Australia in 2006, appearing on the show alongside her mother, Karen Forscutt. 

She later posed for several lads’ magazines, including Zoo Weekly and Ralph.

The brunette retired from glamour modelling at the age of 23 and became a born-again Christian.
