The Duke of Cambridge’s favourite cake was his wedding cake in 2011. It was a specific recipe of a chocolate biscuit cake inherited from his grandmother.
The Queen, 95, shares William’s love for the recipe – as one of her favourite afternoon tea snacks is the chocolate cake.
The former royal chef even published the recipe on his website for people looking to bake the same cake William and Kate had at their wedding.
