She added: ‘There are people that came up to me at the airport like, “I love your video about body positivity” – it just made me feel like women were resonating with that, and also supporting me and standing up for me in that way.

‘It made me feel liberated to be myself.’

Jackie wholeheartedly agreed, adding that thanks to Camila’s video she now thinks “so what?” if she sees a bad photo of herself.

‘Camila Cabello doesn’t care, she’s out and proud – why should we suck in our tummy and be held to this standard?’ Jackie said to the starlet.

'Hallelujah that we have women like Camila setting such a great example for girls out there, who are seeing things on Instagram that are so unachievable,' host Jackie 'O' Henderson said

Camila was prompted to make the candid post in July, after finishing up a run at a Los Angeles park with her mother Sinuhe Estrabao.

Filming from inside her vehicle, she started out by explaining that she was just ‘minding my own business’ and ‘trying to be fit’ during her run.

She then pointed out that she was wearing an athletic top that exposed her midsection, which she ‘did not tuck into [her] leggings.’

‘I reminded myself that being at war with your body is so last season,’ she said.

Cabello went on to remark that she was ‘grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do.’

She concluded the body positive post by humorously giving her followers a full view of her body while singing the chorus to the Aretha Franklin song Something He Can Feel.
