Kim Kardashian surprised fans on Thursday when she not only attended estranged husband Kanye West’s album livestream event in Georgia, but matched outfits with him in a bold all-red look.
The mother-of-four paraded around the Mercedes Benz Stadium in a skintight red faux leather jumpsuit while ‘twinning’ with her ex, who donned the same shade from head-to-toe for the event.
Although Kim filed for divorce from the rapper in February, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’, she has long credited Kanye for influencing her personal style and picking out clothes for her during their seven-year marriage.
Kanye famously overhauled Kim’s entire wardrobe in a 2012 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians after telling her she had ‘the worst style’, throwing out her clothing and refilling the closet with his own picks.
Now as Kim’s revealed that her ex still has some influence over her fashion choices, MailOnline looks back at the former couple’s best matching outfits over the years.

While the couple had only just started dating at this point, Kanye wasted no time getting his hands on Kim’s closet.
Despite the fact Kim was a stylist herself, working for good friend Paris Hilton, Kanye was not a fan of her personal style and insisted on a clear out of her wardrobe, a move that left Kim close to tears.
And after replacing nearly every item of clothing she owned, the matching outfits soon started to appear.

Kim’s style overhaul began to get her noticed in the fashion world, and as a result Kim landed her very first invite to the annual Met Gala – affectionately referred to as ‘fashion’s biggest night out’.
Kim, who was pregnant with the couple’s daughter North at the time, opted for a floral high-neck, long-sleeved gown with a thigh-high split by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy.
Soon after, memes about the outfit began circulating, with Kim compared to a sofa, flower bed and Robin Williams’ character in Mrs Doubtfire.
‘I was crying, like, the whole way home because I just couldn’t believe it. There were all these memes about me and this couch,’ Kim later admitted.

Shortly after Kim got engaged to Kanye, such was the rapper’s fashion influence that the couple landed the cover of Vogue magazine – a controversial move by Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.
The news caused outrage among some of the magazine’s subscribers, but the edition went on to be one of the biggest sellers of the year. That magazine sold 500,000 copies, beating both Beyonce and Michelle Obama’s Vogue covers.
Anna later spoke out about her decision to feature the cover, explaining: ‘This cover was a deeply controversial cover. But Kim and Kanye were a part of the conversation of the day.
‘And for Vogue not to recognize that would have been a big misstep. You are leading, not following — and that’s a very important lesson to always keep in your mind.’

It proved to be a big year for the couple in terms of style, with Kim announcing she and Kanye had redone her entire closet yet again.
Writing on Twitter, she penned: ‘Up all night redoing my whole wardrobe with Kanye…..I’m so ready for new looks for the New Year! New 2015 vision.’
while Kanye showed his Yeezy Adidas collaboration at New York Fashion Week. Along with the live fashion show, the event was also livestreamed at 42 movie theaters around the globe, with tickets being dispersed to fans on a first come, first serve basis.
It marked his first runway presentation since his 2011 attempts at a high fashion line called DW Kanye West, which was widely panned by critics.

After being subjected to cruel memes at the 2013 Met Gala, she more than redeemed herself three years later after Vogue dubbed Kim and Kanye the best dressed couple due to their matching Balmain ensembles.
The pair opted for a futuristic ensemble to go with the Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology theme.
Kim later admitted they nearly went with a different ensemble, confessing: ‘We had a fully different look; an all-sequin gown to the floor look that I was going to wear.
‘But instead, we wanted it to be more metal-y. We took a skirt and then a top from something else.’

Kim admitted in an interview with Insider that her ‘worst years’ for fashion came between 2007 and 2012.
She confessed: ‘I definitely have style regrets,. I mean, I wear some things and I’m just like, “Why did I wear that?”.
Kim then described her 2017 style as being ‘very low-key’, noting that she had been ‘so busy running around being a mum’ that she opts for clothes that are ‘easy to put on.’

After winning over the fashion world, Kim starts being recognised for her business acumen, and a year after launching her makeup line KKW Beauty, she lands the cover of respected industry magazine, The Business of Fashion.
Speaking to the magazine, she mused: ‘I just want to grow my business. I am really cutting down on everything else that I’m working on except for beauty and fragrance. If there’s a project that I’m going to work on or endorse something or be a part of it, I’m really going to [have to] like it because of my time management.
‘I see my beauty business building up into a large company that hopefully I can sell one day and just run it, and always be in charge.’

In June, Kim launched a new range of shapewear called Kimono. The reality star came under fire as critics argued it disrespected Japanese culture and diminished the significance of the traditional Japanese robe.
Kim initially stood firm and told the New York Times that she would not be changing the name, but the outrage mounted, with Kyoto mayor Daisaku Kadokawa releasing a letter urging her ‘reconsider’ the name.
In a statement, she told her fans that after ‘careful thought and consideration’ she was changing the name of her shapewear line to Skims and said she had launched the Kimono line with the ‘best intentions’, but is committed to ‘listening, learning and growing.’

Kanye returned to Paris Fashion Week with another Yeezy collection while Kim was celebrated with a feature in Vogue celebrating her style evolution as she marked her 40th birthday.
In a glowing piece, the fashion bible noted: ‘Sure, she wears designer outfits, but what separates Kardashian West from the scores of expensively dressed reality stars who’ve followed her is her appreciation for fashion as an art form.
‘At 40, she’s cemented her place in pop culture, and she’s done it with style.’

Kim and Kanye decided to go their separate ways, with Kim filing for divorce in February while vowing to co-parent their children daughters North, seven, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, two.
Despite calling it quits, Kim still turned out to support Kanye at his album listening party in July and even twinned with him by wearing red.
At one particularly moving moment, a song titled LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY, seemingly dedicated to his failed marriage to Kim, began to play, which prompted Kanye to crumple to the ground.
