This week, Tammy gave fans a look inside her organised fridge, which showed plenty of healthy food inside.

‘Organised my fridge yayyyy,’ Tammy captioned one post on her Instagram story.
Inside her fridge was about six bottles of kombucha, which is said to be high in antioxidants and probiotics, and bottles of Smart Shake by Women’s Best, a protein drink to be consumed after a workout.
Tammy also filled her fridge with fresh produce including fruits and vegetables, including apples, oranges, lemon, and tomato.

Earlier this week, Tammy showed off her very organised kitchen cupboard that was also stocked with healthy food.
The Instagram sensation and fitness queen shared a video of the space after she spent her whole day organising it.
‘Literally spent my whole day doing this, so satisfying,’ Tammy wrote.

The blonde bombshell arranged all her food into stylish glass containers with wooden tops, including wholegrain pasta, grains and snacks including cashew nuts.
At the bottom of her pantry, she arranged her potatoes, onions and garlic into small white bags.
She also stacked cans of food and packets of heathy chips into woven baskets.
The blonde’s pantry also features a turntable spice rack in one corner.
Tammy is known for her incredible figure, which she has long claimed has been achieved through a strict diet and a consistent exercise routine.
Back in 2018, Tammy said she eats every two hours and sticks to a ‘really’ clean, protein-rich diet.

‘I usually eat really, really clean, so when I don’t, I feel really gross. Eating healthy actually makes the biggest difference,’ she said in a video posted to Snapchat at the time.
Revealing she hates raspberries, Tammy explained there are two ingredients she eats almost every day: spinach and salmon for breakfast.
Speaking to New Idea, Tammy said she ‘eats every two to three hours,’ starting and ending her day with a vegan protein shake and oats.
She also emphasised the importance of eating protein-rich food and complex carbohydrates to maintain her ripped physique.
‘I needed to eat lots to build that area [buttocks] so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats.’
‘For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,’ she added.
