The Morning Show’s Larry Emdur says he’s being ‘heavily trolled’ by fellow TV hosts Grant Denyer and Karl Stefanovic after posting a photo of himself standing in a recycling box
Larry Emdur ended up being the butt of his own joke after he shared a photo of himself standing in a cardboard recycling box on Instagram on Tuesday.
The 56-year-old Morning Show host later revealed he’d been ‘heavily trolled’ in the comments section by fellow TV hosts Grant Denyer and Karl Stefanovic.
‘I’m being heavily trolled for my last post about my box by these two stalkers,’ he wrote, sharing a screenshot of their teasing comments.

He added: ‘I feel vulnerable, like a naked sunbaker being stalked by a deer. @karlstefanovic_ @grantdenyer’.
His second comment was in reference to a news story on Monday, which saw two men fined $1,000 each for breaking Sydney’s strict lockdown restrictions.
The men were found in the Royal National Park after they ran into the bushes and got lost after being startled by a deer while sunbaking naked on Sunday.

A masked Larry shared a photo of himself standing in a recycling box at work with his hands outstretched.
‘My 40 year TV career captured in a single photograph,’ he jokingly captioned the photo.
After seeing Larry’s hilarious post, both Grant, 43, and Karl couldn’t resist weighing in with their equally amusing comments.

‘You have the box upside down, that’s what I stand on to get served at the coffee shop downstairs,’ commented Grant, who’s renowned for his diminutive stature.
Added a perfectly coiffed Karl, 46: ‘That’s my hair box’.
The three men are actually friends, having all worked in the Australian TV industry for years, and are notorious for giving each other an occasional gentle ribbing on social media.
