In the recording, the reality star admitted: ‘I really don’t have a sense of who I am at this point in time of my life. I’m realising all this with all these chores, with this time by myself. There’s no music going on in the background.
‘There’s no phone going off every five minutes, there’s no Instagram feed, there’s none of that. It’s just silence if you want it to be, conversation if you want to have it. But if you don’t, you’re in your own thoughts.’

‘Over that time I put together a program to educate and support young people which has now been delivered to over 400 sporting clubs and schools across Australia,’ he added.
Jake went on to write that his time at the charity allowed him to ‘connect’ with others and tell his story in a bid to inspire them.
‘It’s been a privilege I will be forever grateful for,’ he said, adding that OTLR needed ‘to find new leadership, with fresh and exciting ideas to take it into the future’.
