In videos on social media, riot police can be seen moving protestors from a camp in west London.
The demonstrators were there to protest against the extension of lockdown restrictions beyond June 21.
Filmed this morning by members of the group, the police can be seen in one video forcing demonstrators away from the area.
The police were also videoed dismantling the camp while clashing with members of the group.
One person can also be seen being detained by officers as they tried to move the group away from the camp this morning in Shepherd’s Bush.
The officers were part of the Met’s tactical Support Group who arrived to clear the so-called ‘Lovedown’ camp.
The Met Police have been approached for comment.
