Police were called to Beethoven Street in North Westminster at around 7.45pm on Sunday, June 13 after the sound of gunshots was reported. Three victims were found at the scene when firearms officers arrived.
The London Air Ambulance and London Ambulance Service also attended.
A 26-year-old man was found with a suspected gunshot injury and was taken to hospital. There is no update as yet on his condition.
A second man, 19, was found nearby with a stab injury.
He was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening, Met Police said.

A Section 60 Order has been authorised across all of North Westminster from 8.08pm on Sunday, June 13 until 8am on Monday, June 14.
The order gives police “the right to search people in a defined area during a specific time period when they believe, with good reason, that: serious violence will take place”.
According to the Met Police website: “It is necessary to use this power to prevent such violence; or that a person is carrying a dangerous object or offensive weapon; or that an incident involving serious violence has taken place and a dangerous instrument or offensive weapon used in the incident is being carried in the locality.”
