‘Look what’s about to come out of my head.’
As the cup is removed from Jack’s skull, blood can be seen pouring into a towel and a jellified blob of blood is left on the side of his head.
Upon seeing the blood lump, Jack described the mass as ‘like a trifle’ as well as joking that he could sell it ‘down the market’ because of its resemblance to a liver.

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy, originating in China, which involves placing cups onto skin to create suction.
The suction is created primarily through the application of heat, with the skin being sucked up as the cups cooled down.
Traditionally, the cups were made from animal horns, bamboo and later, ceramic, but modern cups are now made from either glass or plastic.
It is claimed that the increased blood flow to the areas caused by the cupping helps to remove harmful toxins from your body.
Earlier this year, Mickey Rourke and Dwayne Johnson both separately gave the treatment a try and Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, showed up at the Olympic games sporting a back and shoulders full of cup marks.

Frankie was seen cosying up to Jack before leaving together in his car later in the evening.

The stars weren’t on their own for the whole night though, posts on their Instagram stories revealed they had also met up with Frankie’s sister Chloe.
Multiple clips and pictures showed Jack and Frankie sitting closely together throughout the night at the bar putting on a flirty display.
At one point, Frankie even planted a kiss on Jack’s cheek as he grinned for the camera.
Another video showed Frankie standing tall and wrapping her arms around Jack as they hugged one another outside the venue.
