Eamonn Holmes thanks co-stars after suffering ‘setbacks’ from surgery

    Speaking via video link, Eamonn shared: “Had a few setbacks in the healing process. Doing my best to get back on track. Thanks for your support.”

    Eamonn explained: “Prior to then I’ve been living with this injury for 18 months, four times surgeons have said to me ‘No, there’s a 20 percent risk of this going wrong. We’re not going to do it, let it heal itself.’”

    The This Morning presenter, underwent the operation to reduce pressure on a trapped sciatica nerve after living with chronic pain.

    Fans first became concerned for Eamonn’s health after he used a walking stick during the coverage of the Queen’s death and funeral.
