Layer rugs
He noted that one of the easiest ways to update your home is to layer rugs.
The former Ralph Lauren employee explained that this was one of the most commonly used hacks in “all of the stores”.
For maximum effect, the TikTok star said: “Using a sisal or jute as your base layer is super easy to layer up.”

Mix-up your frames
Single-colour photo frames are perfect for a sleek, tidy space, though mixing them up can create even more impact.
The home interior expert said: “These certainly shouldn’t match if you want a kind of curated, designer look.”
He recommended using a mixture of vintage wood and black gallery frames for the best results.
Try adding in a wall-mounted clock, mirror or macrame wall hanging for extra flair.
