After a nearly two-year hiatus from the big screen, Jennifer Lawrence has added yet another film project to her burgeoning slate, No Hard Feelings.
The 31-year-old actress is slated to star in the R-rated comedy, which Sony acquired in a competitive bidding situation, via Deadline.
Sony beat out a number of competitors for the project, said to be an R-rated comedy from writer-director Gene Stupnitsky (Bad Teacher, Good Boys).

The story is said to be set in Montauk, New York, and described as being in the same vein as Risky Business and 2013’s Bad Teacher, which Stupnitsky co-wrote with longtime collaborator Lee Eisenberg.
No details about Lawrence’s character have been given at this time, though this project is said to be a ‘big package’ that had several streaming services interested.
Stupnitsksy, who made his directing debut in the 2019 R-rated comedy Good Boys, will direct from a script he’s co-writing with John Phillips.
