Melbourne Demons captain Max Gawn just took home the premiership this year.

And the 29-year-old player kept it casual cool as he and wife Jessica enjoyed a stroll around Melbourne on Thursday.

Max and Jessica, who are expecting their first child, masked up for an early morning walk to get coffee near their home.

AFL star Max kept stoic on the walk as the pair chatted with each other as they walked the dog.

The footballer opted for just a pair of sports shorts along with a black hoodie, black cap, and black runners.

Meanwhile, Jessica opted for black tights, an oversized sweater and white runners.

She opted to wear minimal makeup and a pair of gold-rimmed sunglasses.

Max spoke of his premiership win to the Herald Sun earlier this month.

‘It wasn’t something I was ever thinking I was doing, up until the point I was announced captain,’ Max said.

‘Premiership player was always a dream but premiership captain wasn’t something I was thinking,’ he added.

‘It hasn’t necessarily sunk in extremely yet, because I haven’t really had that Melbourne dosage yet, if you know what I mean?’
